Nearby LOD Score Constraint
Use this option to specify a value of a pairwise LOD score to use as a constraint in the Map Order Optimization method for allowing two markers to be placed in order next to each other.
The algorithm will use this value to try to avoid placing markers that are genetically far apart next to each other. At times this constraint may have to be violated for a given complex linkage group, but this value will help to reduce the iterations and time computation for achieving the optimal map.
Note: For some problems, a high constraint could make the optimization infeasible; at which time the theshold should be lowered to a larger value.
