ArrayTrack Annotation Output Data Set

Use this field to specify a name for the output SAS data containing the following columns in the original data file:

•	CONTROL_TYPE

•	GENEBANKACC

•

GENENAME

•	GEN_DESCR_MFR

•	GEN_ID_MFR

•

LOCUSID

•	POS_DESCR_MFR

•

REFSEQ

•

SPOTID

Caution: Names longer than 32 characters are truncated.

When this field is left empty, the specified Output Experimental Design Data Set concatenated with "_atan" is applied.

To Specify the ArrayTrack Annotation Output Data Set Name:

Type the name of the data set into the text field.
