Set heterozygous to missing

Use the check box to count heterozygous as missing values.

Note: Cross Type must be set to RI0, RI1, RI2, IRILself, or IRILsib before this option can be made available.

To Set Flagged Data to Missing:

Specify an acceptable Cross Type.

Ensure that the box is checked.
