Minimum Distance of UMAP

Use this option to specify the effective minimum distance between embedded points.

Smaller values tend to result in a more clustered/clumped embedding where nearby points on the manifold are drawn closer together, while larger values result in a more even dispersal of points.

0.1 is specified by default.

To Specify the Minimum Distance of UMAP:

Make sure that the Run t-SNE and UMAP (Appropriate R Packages Required) option is checked.
