Annotation Chromosome Variable

Select a variable indicating the chromosome. When specified, this variable overrides the Chromosome Variable on the General tab (if available). When this variable is specified along with an Annotation Position Variable, negative log10 p-value results are plotted by chromosome and position.

To Specify an Annotation Chromosome Variable:

Specify an Annotation SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight a variable.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Annotation Chromosome Variable field, as shown below:
