Gene/Protein Identifier

Use this field to specify the variable containing Gene or Protein Identifier. Identifiers must be unique for each gene or protein.

To Specify the Gene or Protein Identifier:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Left-click on variables in the Available Variables field to highlight them. To select multiple variables, hold down Ctrl while left-clicking.

Press the button to add the highlighted variables to the Gene/Protein Identifier field.
