The Create Web Links process creates an annotation web link report with links to various Bioinformatics databases such as GenBank, UniGene, Entrez Gene, Gene Ontology, PubMed, Affymetrix, and more.
One SAS Input Data Set is required for this process. This data set must contain annotation information that can be used to identify the genes in the selected databases and create a table of web links.
The u133a_anno.sas7bdat data set serves as an example, and is shown below. This data set contains numerous annotation columns.
This data set is located in the Sample Data\Microarray\Affymetrix Latin Square directory included with JMP Genomics.
