Check Data Contents
Genomics data sets can be so large, sometimes in excess of 500,000 columns, that opening and viewing them can be both a time and memory-consuming task. Instead, what is often needed, is just a quick look at a representative subset of the data set.
The Check Data Contents process enables you to subset a large set so that you can quickly check the contents and attributes of a smaller number of variables and observations. The output is displayed in .html format.
What do I need?
One Input Data Set is required for this process.
For detailed information about the files and data sets used or created by JMP Life Sciences software, see Files and Data Sets.
Output/Results
Running this process generates an .html file containing three tables. Refer to the Check Data Contents output documentation for detailed descriptions and guides to interpreting your results.
