Cross Correlation
The Cross Correlation process computes all pairwise correlations between two sets of numeric variables, tests their significance, and optionally depicts them using a Heat Map and Dendrogram. The default type of correlation is Pearson product-moment correlation, but you can also specify Hoeffding D, Kendall tau-b, or Spearman rank-order correlation.
What do I need?
Data must be numerical. Data can be accessed from either one or two data sets.
For detailed information about the files and data sets used or created by JMP Life Sciences software, see Files and Data Sets.
Output/Results
The output generated by this process is summarized in a Tabbed report. Refer to the Cross Correlation output documentation for detailed descriptions and guides to interpreting your results.
