Add Notes
Use the Add Notes button to take notes from any JMP Clinical process and store these notes in a central location1 2. The specific behavior of this button varies depending on whether any subjects are selected:
If no subject is selected, a note window titled “Enter a Note for the Current Process Output:” is launched. Enter text into the window and click OK. A single note (record) is added to the notes data set with the current date-time, the process name, the study name, and your user ID. Notes at the process level lack a subject ID.
If one or more subjects are selected, a note window titled “Enter a Note for Selected Subjects:” is launched. Enter text into the window and click OK. A note (record) is added to the notes data set for each selected subject with the current date-time, the process name, the study name, and your user ID.
Note for the Disproportionality Analysis process: Notes are based on drug-event pairs, and are saved to a different data set than the one referenced above. Refer to Add Notes (Disproportionality Analysis) for more information.
The View Notes button can be used to read these notes. See View Notes for more information.
