Output Data
This process generates the following output data set:

Output Data Set: The output data set contains the copy number intensity/count adjusted data generated by subtraction of control sample intensities/counts, from experimental samples

Output Experimental Design Data Set (EDDS): This data set is generated from the input EDDS and provides information about the columns in the input data set. In this example, the rows representing the control sets were removed.
