Use a proxy server to access the Web

A proxy server is a server that sits between a Web browser and an external server on the Web to filter requests, improve performance, and share connections.

If your computer accesses the Internet through a proxy server, then check this box.

Note the following important points:

Before running this process for the first time, you must run the Configure Life Sciences Settings process to set your proxy name and port number in the ProxyOptions.sas file.
This process fails to run if the proxy name and port are misspecified.
Whenever your proxy server changes, you must reset the values of the proxy name and port number in the ProxyOptions.sas file.

If your computer does not access the Internet through a proxy server, do not check this box.
