Feature Variable
Use this field to specify the variable that distinguishes different features in your experiment. For example, in a microarray experiment, feature variables might include genes or probesets.
To Specify the Feature Variable:
| 8 | Specify an Input SAS Data Set. |
All of the variables in the input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
| 8 | Examine the list of available variables. |
| 8 | Highlight the variable that lists the features of interest.. |
