Position Variable
Use this field to specify the variable whose values indicate position on a linkage group or chromosome.
When this variable is specified along with a Chromosome Variable, negative log10 p-value results are plotted by chromosome and position.
To Specify the Position Variable:

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
| 8 | Examine the list of available variables. |
| 8 | Highlight the desired variable. |
