Marker ID Merge Variable
Use this field to specify the variable containing names that match the values in the Marker ID Variable in the Input SAS Data Set. This variable will be used to merge the Order Data Set into the recombination matrix.
To Specify the Marker ID Merge Variable:

All of the variables in the specified order data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
| 8 | Examine the list of available variables. |
| 8 | Highlight the variable containing names that match the values in the Marker ID Variable in the input data set. |
| 8 | Click  to add the highlighted variable to the Marker ID Merge Variable field, as shown below: |
