Maximum Range of LD Blocks

Use this feature to specify the maximum distance between a pair of markers. This distance is used to determine whether to compute LD for that pair.

If Markers is selected as the Distance Unit for Defining Maximum Range of LD Blocks, then this distance corresponds to the number of markers separating the pair, not the physical distance between markers. If Location Variable Unit is selected, this range refers to the distance between markers in terms of the variable specified in the Annotation Location Variable field.

Note: By default, this parameter is set to 20.
