Minimum X Chromosome Heterozygosity for Females

Use this feature to specify the minimum X-chromosome heterozygosity an individual can have to be classified as a genetic female. Individuals with more than this level of heterozygosity are considered female. By default, this parameter is set to 15.

This value must be greater than or equal to the value specified as the Maximum X Chromosome Heterozygosity for Males.

To Specify the Minimum Allowable Heterozygosity for Females:
