Proportion of Alleles Identical by State Threshold

Use this option to specify a proportion of alleles that are identical by state (IBS).

Any pairs of rows (or samples) that have IBS values greater than or equal to the specified proportion are reported in a data set with the suffix _prs appended.

To Specify the Proportion of Alleles Identical by State Threshold:

Select Identity by State as the Relationship Matrix to Compute.

Note: This option is available only when Identity by State is chosen as the Relationship Matrix to Compute.

Either type the desired value into the text field, or move the slider to the right or to the left to change the value.

Enter a value of 0 to omit this data set.

Tip: To change the scale of the slider, right-click on the slider and select Rescale Slider from the pop-up menu. Change the upper and/or lower boundaries in the window that appears, to rescale the slider and click OK.
