R-squared Threshold

Use this field to specify the minimum R2 value between the original tagSNP for a bin and each unbinned SNP in order for the SNP to be included in the current tagSNP's bin. The next tagSNP is identified by the SNP that is in the most pairs of unbinned SNPs that meet this threshold.

Unbinned SNPs failing to meet this threshold with any other unbinned SNP are placed in bins of size 1.
