Shuffle Markers

Select this option to shuffle markers within linkage groups.

A customized version of the “ripple.seq” function from the OneMap package1Margarido, G.R.A., Souza, A.P. and Garcia, A.A.F. 2007. OneMap: software for genetic mapping in outcrossing species. Hereditas 144:78-79. is used to shuffle subsequences of markers.

Note: Markers are shuffled right after the marker ordering is processed but before breaking the linkage groups.
