LOD Score Variables
Use this option to specify the variables containing pairwise LOD scores across all markers.
These variables should form a square, symmetric matrix. Additionally, these variables must match, in name and in order, the variables containing pairwise recombination rates specified in the Recombination Rate Variables field of the General tab.
To Specify the Location Variable:
| 8 | Specify the LOD Score SAS Data Set. |
All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.
| 8 | Examine the list of available variables. |
| 8 | Highlight the variables containing the pairwise LOD scores. |
| 8 | Click  to add the highlighted variable to the LOD Score Variables field, as shown below: |
