Number of Rows in Each Bin

Specify the number of chromosomes (rows) to include in each bin.

Caution: Choosing a number of rows that is very small compared to the overall length of the chromosomes can result in a huge number of bins, which can take a very long time to plot and be interactively unwieldy.

To Specify Number of Rows in Each Bin:

Select Bin By Number of Rows as the Bin Method.

Type the number of rows directly into the text box of the Number of Rows in Each Bin field, or left-click and drag the slider to the left or right.

If necessary, you can right-click in the slider box to rescale it.

To Change the Number of Simulations:

Highlight the existing value and enter the desired value in the text field.
