Intensity Variables to Bin

Specify the intensity or read count variables to be binned. Each variable should contain intensities or other numeric data from one sample.

To Specify Intensity Variables to Bin:

Specify an input data set.

The Available Variables field is automatically populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click a single variable, or hold down Ctrl while left-clicking multiple variables, from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable(s) to the Intensity Variables to Bin field.
