Order Annotation Data Set by SNP column order

This option arranges the Annotation SAS Data Set by SNP column order. Uncheck this option if:

•

You are not using an annotation data set, OR

•

You will manually order the columns of the Output Data Set OR rows of the annotation data set so that the data sets are ordered consistently.
