Position Variable

Specify the position variable, which indexes the order of observations for binning. For read count or intensity data, this variable is commonly called position or physical position.

To Specify a Position Variable:

Specify an Input SAS Data Set.

The Available Variables field is automatically populated with variables from the specified data set.

Left-click the position variable from the Available Variables field.

Click to add the selected variable to the Position Variable field.
