Probeset File

Specify the full path and filename of the .PS (Probeset File) that maps probeset IDs to the corresponding Probe-set name for miRNA 3.0 arrays.

Note: It is not necessary to specify the .PS file as long as it can be found in the library folder. If you leave the field empty, the default filename is the chip type concatenated with the latest file version.

To Specify a Probeset File:

Specify a Folder Containing Other Library Files.

The Available Files field is populated with relevant library files.

Click the desired Probeset File.

Click the button to add the selected Probeset File to the Probeset File field.
