Individual Variables
Use this field to specify individual variables containing coded genotypes in the output format of TASSEL 3 Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS) pipeline (1 variable per individual).
Permitted values for the coded genotypes are: A = A/A, C = C/C, G = G/G, T = T/T, M = A/C, R = A/G, W = A/T, S = C/G, Y = C/T, K = G/T, and N = missing.
To Specify Individual Variables Listing the Coded Genotypes
