Gene File to Import

Use this feature to select the text file listing the names of all the genes in the study.

To Specify the File Listing the Genes in the Study:

Specify the Folder of Feature-Barcode Matrices.

The Available Files field becomes populated with files from the specified folder.

Left-click a file from the Available Files field.

Click to add the selected file to the Gene File to Importfield.
