Filter Rows Whose Proportion of Zero/Missing Values Exceeds this Cutoff
Specify the cutoff proportion of zero and missing valuesacross columns (samples or arrays). Those rows with proportion of zero and missing values larger than this cutoff are filtered prior to ANOVA modeling.
If you set the cutoff to be 0, all of the rows with any zero or missing values are filtered.
If you set the cutoff to be 1, none of the rows are filtered.
