Marker Label

The Marker Label field is used to specify the annotation variable to be used as a label for the markers in the output tables and plots.

The values of this variable must match the name of the marker variables when a genotype format is used.

To Specify the Marker Label Variable:

Specify the Annotation SAS Data Set.

All of the variables in the specified annotation data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable to use for labeling the markers.
