Number of Resamples to Use for Computing Significance

Use this option to specify the number of resamples to use for computing statistical significance at each node.

A value of 0 indicates no resampling, and the observed p-value is used.

Caution: Specifying a large number of resamples can significantly increase computational resources and run time.

To Specify the Number of Resamples:

Either enter the number of principal components desired in the text field or move the slider to the right or to the left to specify a value.

Tip: To change the scale of the slider, right-click on the slider and select Rescale Slider from the pop-up menu. Change the upper and/or lower boundaries in the window that appears, to rescale the slider and click OK.
