Annotation Analysis

Determining the statistical significance of one or more genes in a process is only the first step in developing your understanding of the role those genes play in an organism. Of equal, or perhaps even greater, importance is placing those genes in a biological context. What proteins do those genes encode? What biological functions do they provide? What other genes do they interact with?

The Annotation Analysis category menu provides a set of bioinformatic tools, all grouped under five different submenus that can help you incorporate biological meaning with your statistical results.
