Running this process for the GeneticMarkerExample sample setting generates one output data set accessed from a Results window shown below. Refer to the Standardize Genotypes process description for more information about this process.

Output Data
This process generates the following output data set:
Output Standardized Data Set: The output data set (shown below) contains the standardized genotype data from the input data set. Genotypes were standardized by subtracting the genotype (column) mean from the genotype of each individual (row) in the data set and dividing the resulting value by the genotype standard error for that marker. Columns are identified by the SAS label.
The columns shaded in red contain the standardized genotype values.
Note: Because genotypes are numerically identified by either 0, 1, or 2, there are only three possible values in each column.
