Cumulative Proportion of Variation to Explain with Principal Components
Specify a value between 0 and 1 to indicate the cumulative proportion of variation to be explained by the principal components . The proportion entered here determines the number of principal components used to adjust the association tests.
If you want to directly specify the number of components, enter a 0 in this field. The value entered in the Maximum Number of Principal Components field is then used.
If no Trait Variable s are specified, this value is used for determining how many principal components to include in the Merged PCA Output Data Set, if it is created.
Note : This option is enabled only when no PCA Data Set is specified.
