Minimum X Chromosome Heterozygosity for Females
Use this feature to specify the minimum X- chromosome heterozygosity an individual can have to be classified as a genetic female. Individuals with more than this level of heterozygosity are considered female. By default, this parameter is set to 15 .
This value must be greater than or equal to the value specified as the Maximum X Chromosome Heterozygosity for Males .
To Specify the Minimum Allowable Heterozygosity for Females:
