Reference Annotation Label Variable

Use this field to specify the variable that uniquely identifies the SNPs for merging.

This variable must have the same values as the corresponding Annotation Label Variable column in the Annotation SAS Data Set .

All of the variables in the specified data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the desired variable.
