SNP Variables

Use this parameter to indicate variables listing the SNP alleles or genotypes .

To Specify the SNP Variables:

Specify the Input SAS Data Set .

All of the variables in the specified input data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variables listing the marker genotypes. Left-click a single variable, or hold down Ctrl while left-clicking multiple variables.

Click to add the highlighted variable(s) to the SNP Variables field, as shown below:
