Plot heatmaps for linkage groups

Check this box to plot heat maps of the recombination matrices for markers formed in each linkage group when grouping is done by Automated Hierarchical Clustering or Minimum Recombination Grouping .

Note : The heat map of the entire recombination matrix across all markers is shown by default for the Interactive Linkage Group Clustering method. If you are working with a large number of markers, you might wish to uncheck this option to avoid memory issues with display of the linkage groups.

To Specify This Option:

Specify an option other than Interactive Linkage Group Clustering in Choose a linkage grouping method to activate this field.
