Append markers dropped out from marker reduction analysis to the output data sets
Check this option to append markers dropped out from marker reduction analysis to output data sets.
When marker reduction analysis is applied to filter representative markers, dropped markers are no longer used to build linkage groups. However, these dropped markers might be still useful for subsequent analyses and should be retained in the output data. When you check this option, the dropped out markers and along with their K-Means clustering membership are appended the output data sets ensuring their availability for downstream analyses. In addition, missing values for the linkage group variable are assigned to the dropped markers.
