Map Data Set

Name the SAS data set containing marker map (annotation) information.

By default, the Genotype Data Set name with “ _map ” appended is used.

To Specify the Map Data Set Name:

Type the name of the map data set into the text field.

If you change your mind and would like to reset the field, click Clear .
