Cross Type
Use the drop-down menu to specify the experimental crossing type.
Note : Cross types are described in the following table:
Randomly mated generation n -times intercrossed.
Intercrossed recombinant inbred line formed by n generations of random mating prior to selfing.
Intercrossed recombinant inbred lines formed via sib mating of individuals from a population that went through n -2 generations of random mating following the F2 generation.
F1 segregating population generated by a biparental cross of non- homozygous parents.
