Other ID Variables

Use this field if any of the data sets selected after the first uses a variable with another name for the ID Variable .

The names for all of the ID variables for the 2 nd through the last input data sets must be specified here.

To Specify the Other ID Variable Names:

Type the names of the ID variables from the 2 nd through the last input data sets in the text box.

Separate the variables with a space .

For example, to specify the ID variable names for an analysis of three studies where the ID variables in the first, second, and third input data sets are ID , SNP , and Marker , respectively, complete the following steps:

Specify ID using the ID Variable parameter on the General tab.

Type SNP Marker in the Other ID Variables field, as shown below:
