LSMeans Control Levels

Specify the levels to be used as a control for the Differences with a Control LSMeans Difference Set .

Note : This option is available only if Differences with a Control is selected as the LSMeans Difference Set .

Observe the following rules when entering LSMeans Control Levels:

•	Include each level in double quotation marks ( “” ).

•	Separate the levels by spaces ( ).

•	If you have more than one LSMeans effect, separate the list of levels for each effect by commas ( , ).

For example, in a study of Drosophila aging, where the LSMeans Effect is Line*Sex*Age , specify “SAM” “FEM” “WK6” to use that particular combination of levels as the control value against which all differences are constructed.
