Profile All Subjects
The Profile All Subjects process generates a comprehensive graphical summary for all patients in a study.
Tip : Depending on system resources, constructing more than 100 profiles might be time-consuming. It might be better to select a smaller subset and use Profile Selected Subjects if time is of the essence.
What do I need?
This process requires demographic-, exposure- events-, findings-, and treatment-related variables . All variables must be in a single table (typically ADSL ). These include:
a treatment variable ( the actual treatment received by each subject ( TRT01A )),
the planned treatment (intent-to-treat) for each subject ( TRT01P ), or the description of the planned treatment arm ( ARM ),
EX variables ( EXTRT , EXDOSE , EXSTDTC , and EXENDTC ),
AE variables ( AEDECOD , AESTDTC , AEENDTC ),
CM variables ( CMDECOD , CMSTDTC , and CMENDTC ),
EG variables ( EGDTC , EGTEST , EGTESTCD , and EGSTRESN ),
LB variables ( LBTEST , LBTESTCD , LBSTRESN , LBSTNRHI , and LBSTNRLO ),
an MH variable ( MHSTDTC ), and
VS variables ( VSDTC , VSTEST , VSTESTCD , and VSSTRESN ).
The process runs automatically for all of the patients in the current study.
Note : Missing start and end dates are imputed for AE , CE , CM , and SU when timing flags are available.
Note : Comment files for this process are saved in the Notes directory of your user home folder. In Windows 7, this is typically C:\Users\ <your user name> \AppData\Local\SAS\JMP\10\JMPC\Notes .
Output/Results
The output generated by this process is summarized in a tabbed report. Refer to the Profile All Subjects output documentation for detailed descriptions and guides to interpreting your results.
