Manage Studies

This process enables you to do the following things to a Clinical study (see Studies ):

•

rename it

•	associate different folders and data sets with it

•	delete all or parts of it

What do I need?

You must have Write privileges for the study in question and you must know the names and paths to any new folders.

The following table summarizes the restrictions for study specifications.

If you change...	...you must abide by these restrictions:
the Study Name	• The study name must conform to the Rules for Study Names .
the location of either the SDTM or SEND Folder or the ADaM Folder	• The SDTM folder must contain the following domains: AE , CM , DM , DS , EG , EX , LB , MH , and VS . • The ADaM folder must contain adsl.sas7bdat . • Data sets can either be SAS data sets or SAS transport files . • The same folder cannot be specified in the SDTM or SEND Folder and ADaM Folder fields.

Output/Results

Running this process makes the specified changes to the existing study.
