The Correlation Heat Map tab contains the following elements:
This plot is a heat map depiction of the correlation matrix, with rows and columns sorted by similarity via hierarchical clustering . It often reveals clear patterns of high and low correlation, and which samples are similar to one another.

This button is designed to let you eliminate samples that you consider to be outliers. First select the outliers in the plot by clicking the appropriate branches in the dendrogram and then click the button to create a reduced experimental design data set. You can then use this new data set for further analyses and omit the outlying samples.
