Variables by Which to Color Pathways
Specify numeric variables by which to color the gene nodes.
The values of these variables are mapped to a color spectrum as defined with low, medium, and high colors on the Options tab. Any numeric variables are valid, although they should all be of the same kind (for example, all negative log p-values or all STD LSMEANS) because a common color scale is used for all variables.
To Specify Variables by Which to Color Pathways:
*
The Available Variables field is populated with variables from the specified data set.
*
Left-click a single variable, or hold down Ctrl while left-clicking multiple variables, from the Available Variables field.
*
Click to add the selected variable(s) to the Variables by Which to Color Pathways field.
