Replace highest values

Check this box to specify the option to replace the highest values.

Use additional parameters ( Value to Use to Replace Highest Values , Replace intensities falling above this column percentile , Replace intensities falling above this value , and Replace intensities falling at least this many Standard Deviations above the Column Mean ) to specify both the conditions under which high values are to be replaced and the values that they are to be replaced with.
