Annotation By Group Variable

Use this field to specify the annotation variable used for grouping the results. A separate genetic distance matrix and heat map is created for each distinct value of this variable.

To Specify the Annotation By Group Variable:

Specify the Annotation SAS Data Set .

All of the variables in the specified annotation data set are displayed in the Available Variables field.

Examine the list of available variables.

Highlight the variable that whose values are used to group the results.

Click to add the highlighted variable to the Annotation By Group Variable field.
