Filter Defining First SNP in Interaction

Use this field to specify the two-way SNP xSNP interactions to be tested.

In this interaction test, the first set of SNPs in each interaction is taken from all SNPs that meet the filter specified in this field and the second set of SNPs is taken from all SNPs that meet the filter specified in the Filter Defining Second SNP in Interaction field.

Note : To test interactions between all pairs of included SNPs, enter a 1 for this field and the Filter Defining Second SNP in Interaction field.

Variable names listed here must exactly match names in the Annotation SAS Data Set .
